Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use powertekpressurewash.bar and the referral service Powertekpressurewash Floor Coating offers through it. When you browse the site, phone its number or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Offer

Powertekpressurewash Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. We do not sell coatings. We do not prepare, coat or repair floors. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are matched with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they work, or how the job turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that shift from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to reach areas you are not allowed to access.

Contact and Follow-Up

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. If you want to stop further contact, email contact@powertekpressurewash.bar.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Powertekpressurewash Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them commercially.

Limits on Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Powertekpressurewash Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", without warranties.

We may change these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
